Connectivity / Conference Solutions
Rooms that just start the meeting.
Microsoft Teams and Zoom meeting rooms designed, installed and supported end to end — hardware, displays, cabling, network and the room accounts behind them.
The first five minutes decide what people think of the room.
Everyone has sat through it: the meeting that starts late because the laptop will not see the display, the camera pointed at the wrong end of the table, the far side asking people to repeat themselves. Rooms fail in ways that have nothing to do with the video platform and everything to do with how the room was put together.
We build conference rooms as a single system. The right hardware for the size of the space, mounted and cabled properly, on a network that will carry the call, joined to room accounts so the meeting is on the screen when people walk in — and monitored afterwards, like any other endpoint we manage.
If the cabling and displays need to go in first, that is the same team. Room build and structured cabling get scheduled together rather than handed between two vendors who each blame the other.
Walk in, press one button, be in the meeting. Anything more than that is a room that will get avoided.
Platforms
Teams and Zoom, native or bring your own.
Most organizations standardize on one and need to host the other. We set rooms up so both work.
Microsoft
Teams Rooms
Certified room systems joined to a resource account, with one-touch join, calendar on the display and management through your existing Microsoft 365 tenant.
Zoom
Zoom Rooms
Dedicated Zoom Rooms with scheduling displays and controller, configured against your Zoom account and licensing.
Either
Direct guest join
Rooms configured so a visitor’s Zoom meeting still runs on a Teams room system, and the reverse, without anyone unplugging anything.
Flexible
BYOD and USB rooms
For spaces that do not warrant a dedicated system: a single cable to the table that carries camera, audio and display to whatever laptop is in the room.
Hardware
Collaboration bars and room kits.
We specify to the room rather than to a catalog. These are the platforms we deploy and support most.
Cisco
Cisco room bars
All-in-one bars and room kits for small through large spaces, with speaker tracking and touch controllers, registered to Teams, Zoom or Webex.
Yealink
Yealink collaboration bars
Teams and Zoom certified bars that put camera, microphones and speakers in a single unit — a strong fit for huddle and mid-size rooms.
Logitech
Logitech room solutions
Conference cameras, all-in-one bars and tap-to-join controllers, paired with a compute unit for Teams or Zoom, or run as USB for BYOD rooms.
Around it
Displays and mounts
Single or dual displays sized to the room, mounted with the cabling concealed and the sight lines checked from the far seat, not the doorway.
Audio
Expansion microphones
Table or ceiling microphones and additional speakers where one bar cannot cover the room honestly.
Control
Touch controllers and scheduling
A controller on the table and, where it earns its place, a scheduling panel outside the door showing whether the room is free.
What we handle
From the floor plan to the first meeting.
- Room survey and hardware sizing
- Display selection and mounting
- Camera placement and framing
- Microphone and speaker coverage
- Cabling, power and table connectivity
- Network capacity and call quality
- Room and resource accounts
- Calendar and one-touch join
- Controller and scheduling panels
- Handover session for the people using it
- Ongoing monitoring and firmware
- Support through the same helpdesk
Sizing
Matched to the space, not to the budget line.
Over-specifying a huddle room wastes money. Under-specifying a boardroom wastes everyone’s time.
Huddle rooms
- Single all-in-one bar
- One display
- No expansion audio needed
- Often a strong BYOD candidate
Standard meeting rooms
- Collaboration bar with wide field of view
- Single or dual display
- Table controller
- Expansion mic if the table is long
Boardrooms and training rooms
- Room kit with separate camera and codec
- Dual displays
- Ceiling or table microphone array
- Scheduling panel at the door
