Wired and wireless network design — predictive heat maps, on-site surveys, access point placement, switching and segmentation — planned before anything is ordered or installed.

Most networks were never designed. They accumulated.

An access point goes in where there happened to be a cable. A switch gets added when ports run out. A VLAN appears because one application needed it. Five years on, coverage is patchy in the places people actually work, everything sits on one flat network, and nobody can say what would happen if the wrong box failed.

We design first. Floor plans, construction materials, where people sit and what they run, then a predictive model of coverage and capacity before a single mount goes on a wall. On site we validate the model with a survey, adjust for what the building really does to a signal, and hand over a plan that says where every access point goes and why.

The wired side is designed to the same standard: switching sized for the PoE load, uplinks that will not become the bottleneck, segmentation that keeps cameras and guests away from business systems, and a failure path you have actually thought about. Then the cabling gets installed to match the design, rather than the design being bent to fit the cabling.

Order of work

Survey, design, then install. Reversing those three is what produces a network nobody trusts.

Before

Predictive survey

A model built from your floor plans, with wall materials and mounting heights applied, producing coverage and capacity heat maps before anything is bought.

During

On-site validation

Measurements taken in the building itself. Concrete, glass, racking and stock all attenuate differently from the drawing — we adjust the plan to the reality.

After

Post-installation survey

A final walk of the finished network confirming signal, throughput and roaming match what was designed, with the results documented.

Coverage is the easy half. We plan for how many devices are in a room at once, and what they are doing — a full training room is a different problem from an empty corridor.

Channel allocation, transmit power and band steering set deliberately, so your own access points stop competing with each other.
