If systems are down or you suspect a security incident, phone the office nearest you rather than waiting on a ticket.

What happens next
You get an acknowledgment with a ticket number, and a named engineer — not a queue.
Systems down, or a suspected security incident. Phone first; we start work before the ticket is written.
A team or a core function is degraded but working. Triaged ahead of the standard queue.
Single-user issues, requests and changes. Scheduled so it does not interrupt your day.
Out-of-hours cover for contracted clients reaches the on-call engineer directly.
Tell us what is broken. If we can point you at the fix in fifteen minutes, we will.
